AARM School of Management

AARM (Association for the Advancement in Relationship Marketing) started in early 1996 in Toronto Canada as a non- profit organization (www.aarm.org). We now have over 8,000 CRM certified executive level members. We are a worldwide recognized CRM association with representatives in Vancouver, Seoul, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Manila and part of China. We started AARM Asia Pacific in South Korea in early 2000, and recently AARM School Management in Wyoming USA, with exclusive presence in Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and parts of China. We have a virtual higher learning institution called AARM Open University South America. We also have exclusive academic partnership with several Universities in USA, Europe and the Philippines.

Our students need to come here wanting to think hard about the positive difference that they will make in the world. This doesn’t mean that they have to have the answer, but the passion to find the answer and to create a career that they can be proud of has to be there.

We have a mission of educating leaders for customer focus business and society that is directed exactly at those questions. The people here are bringing tremendous energy to this transformation of the curriculum—and that is an essential component of its success. You can have very smart people, but if they’re not motivated, then the work doesn’t get done.

So what is it about us that make us so motivated around this multidisciplinary project? What drives these high aspirations?

An interesting management challenge we observed is that you can’t get as much energy from an organization if you as the leader are making all the decisions. When you open up the process to everybody else’s suggestions it gets so much better. People have a lot of great ideas. But at the same time, for people to be excited about working together, they need to know there’s a common direction. It’s your job as a leader to elevate what unites everybody. And one greater thing about being part of a mission-driven organization is that there is a lot that unites everybody.

Our curriculum is simple and yet unique in the way that it gives you time to re-collect yourself, and we as our mentor to understand and appreciate you better. Our great program are taught on a global cross cultural platform, and give our graduates ready for the new customized world. They are all taught by professor and working people which have years of real “hands-on” in-depth knowledge passion on their sleeves.
