A business mentor and customer centric marketer by profession, beside teaching, research and regional marketing at AARM School of Management, he is also – President AARM Open University South America/ St. Linus University LLC California USA, President AARM Asia Pacific; CRM Advisor Consultant Tan Chong Motor Holding Malaysia; CRM Global Advisor to Greater China CRM Association; V.P/Principal Consultant at Customer Insight Korea and Chairman GlobalMakers Korea. He taught as marketing assistant professor in places Hannam University Korea, New York Institute of Technology, Upper Iowa University, Cape Breton University Canada, Malaspina University College Canada, Raffles Education Group Singapore and NTU Singapore.
 
He have over 20 years of intensive hands-on exposure in the conceptualization, integration and management of Database, Direct Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communication, Loyalty Marketing, Internet Marketing, Customer Relationship Marketing/Management, Consumer Research and one-to-one Marketing initiatives for many MNCs and Fortune 500 companies on the FSI, Healthcare, Services, FMCG and Automobile verticals in Asia and North America.

He lived and worked in countries like Singapore, USA, Canada, Australia, Malaysia and South Korea, with regular business attachment to countries like China, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, India and Vietnam.
