Purpose of the Job:
Main Duties of the Jobholder :
- Get prospect sign up with the programme provided by the college.
- Create Marketing Plan for i) School Sector ii) Corporate Sector iii) Feeder schools iv) Agent division v) Management Special Project yearly.

Job Title: Programme Leader
Purpose of the Job:
Main Duties of the Jobholder :
- Oversee, liaise with lecturers and prepare the Course Outlines of the programme.
- Liaise with the partner university on academic matters.
- Brief lecturers on the format, setting of exam questions, marking scheme, invigilation rules before the commencement of a new semester.
- Oversee the key-in marks and attendance of students in EMS by lecturers with the help of Programme Administrator (PA).

Job Title: Programme Administrator
Purpose of the Job:
Main Duties of the Jobholder :
- Liaise with partner University for registration of new students with sufficient payment, receiving certificates and transcripts from Partner University upon completion of the students’ study programme and distribute to them.
- Create attendance file, guide lecturers on how to key-in attendance of students in EMS, provide academic calendar, timetable, course outlines, power-point slides, send samples of exam & assignment questions to lecturers.
- Monitor the progress of students through Progression Chart and assist the Academic Administrator and PL to plan the timetable and subjects for the next two modules or next semester.
- Work closely with Registry, PL, Exam Unit, Administrator and lecturers.
- Carry out & compile teaching evaluation forms by students on lecturers every semester for MQA purpose.
- Compile teaching evaluation forms on lecturers assessed by Academic Administrator and PL, senior lecturers or The Management for MQA purpose.
- Prepare timetable for Management staff & senior lecturers to evaluate lecturers for the semester.
- Capture all the subjects enrolled for a new semester in the progression chart.
- Monitor progression chart throughout the semester by paying particular attention to fee payment, outstanding fee, duration of studies, candidature period, number of subjects taken/have not taken, remarks, resit/retake subjects etc.
- Send out notices/ announcement/ results to students under your care.
- Interact and communicate with students, faculty, staff and partner University through emails if need be.
- Students should submit the assignments via online for marking to get the lecturers’ comments and marks before printing out the hardcopy with the assignment’s cover which is to be submitted to PA. After recording in the log book, PA will submit to Exam Unit for storage purposes.
- Conduct a survey on students’ requirement on textbooks and guide them to order textbooks and make payment via E-Commerce portal.
- Ensure the teaching environment is conducive, teaching aids are sufficient, textbooks, notes; assignment questions are ready for distribution before class commences.
- Always attend to the needs of lecturers and students.
- Monitor the attendance of students closely especially the international students. Need to email them about their status and issue them warning letters if needed.
- Make sure the classrooms' lights, projectors and air-conditioners are switched off after class.
- Patrol classes when lectures are on-going to ensure everything is fine including whether students are punctual, teaching aids are available, etc.
- PA will guide students on the E-Learning portal from Partner University and Mantissa portal.
- Ensure student fill in Graduation form and Student Exit Form.
- Liaise with lecturers and external suppliers for student’s learning support (textbooks, instructor’s manual etc.).
- Collect power-point slides, teaching materials, assessment questions to be uploaded to NAS.

Purpose of the Job:
Main Duties of the Jobholder :
- Full Book Keeping Maintenance Till Audit / Tax
- Categorise filing by accounts.
- Monthly Accounting Report – P&L, Balance Sheet to the management by 15th of each following month.
