Job Description

    To assist in the development of learning materials, scheme of work and monitor students’ progress, achievement and attendance.

    Has a passion for teaching and share knowledge and provide pastoral care and support to students.

Job Requirement

    Candidate must possess at least a Master Degree / PhD

    Good communication and interpersonal skills

    Excellent command of spoken and written English

    Working experience will be an advantage

Job Title: Post-graduate Lecturer 

 Purpose of the Job:

Main Duties of the Jobholder :

  • Teaching and learning
  • To design, develop and deliver a range of  programmes of study (sometimes for entirely new courses) at various levels.
  • To review course content and materials on a regular basis, updating when required.
  • To develop and apply innovative and appropriate teaching techniques and materials that create interest, understanding and enthusiasm amongst students.
  • To transfer knowledge including practical skills, methods and techniques. 
  • To ensure that course design and delivery comply with the quality standards and regulations of the university and department.
  • To challenge thinking, foster debate and develop the ability of students to engage in critical discourse and rational thinking.
  • To supervise student projects, field trips and, where appropriate, placements
  • To set, mark and assess work and examinations and provide feedback to students. 
  • To ensure that the teaching content and methods of delivery are in accordance with equal opportunities, and respond to issues relating to staff and student needs.

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • A minimum of postgraduate qualification (Masters qualification and above) in any field
  • Working experiences of a mimimum of 5 years in any industries

Experiences

  • Experience of teaching postgraduate and undergraduate students
  • Experience of conducting high quality research in a particular specialism and publishing in recognised journals 
  • Experience of conducting administrative duties efficiently and effectively 
  • Experience of developing and implementing research objectives, projects and proposals 
  • Experience of collaboration with academic colleagues on course, curriculum and research developments

Sales & Business Development

Education Consultant

Job Description

  •     Get prospect sign up with the programme provided by the college.
  •     Provide professional course consultation to potential students and parents.
  •     Conduct events & scholarships for students.
  •     Timely follow-up of all website, phone and walk-in enquiries.
  •     Generate additional leads to fulfil the quarterly intake targets set by management.
  •     Submit updated daily report to the manager
  •     Participate in all marketing events and activities (education exhibition, school fair, seminar, workshop, road show etc.) organized by the Management.
  •     Sign up students and ensure complete documentation and fee payments are made without delay.
  •     Negotiate with school counsellors, corporate clients, feeder school’s owner, agents (stake holders) for collaboration as and when new stake holders are discovered by the division members.

Job Requirement

  •     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, or equivalent.
  •     Required skill(s): effective presentation skills, effective interpersonal skills and delivery techniques to interact with students, commitment to working with and encouraging diversity, Organisation and administrative skills.
  •     Willing to work under pressure.
  •     Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  •     Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English

  • Create Marketing Plan for i) School Sector ii) Corporate Sector iii) Feeder schools iv) Agent division v) Management Special Project yearly.
  • Ensure all marketing plans approved are executed accordingly by divisions within the approved time frame, budget, and objectives.
  • Inform Department for Human Resources as and when members of divisions did not perform their duty assigned accordingly.
  • Conduct events & scholarships for students.
  • Participate in School Fairs as and when required by Management to gain latest market trends.
  • Participate in Public Fairs as and when required by Management to gain latest market trends.
  • Negotiate with school counsellors, corporate clients, feeder school’s owner, agents (stake holders) for collaboration as and when new stake holders are discovered by the division members.
  • Overseeing A&P Division for A&P Matters

Job Requirements

Knowledge

  • Possess at least a Marketing degree, Master or higher.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Aggressive in sales and able to develop effective marketing plans and strategies.
  • Willing to work under pressure and flexible in working hours.

Personal Assistant To Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • Assisting / Managing Manager's task / affairs
  • Arrange meetings / conferences, prepare presentations and other related tasks.
  • Make travel arrangements for related local and overseas trip.
  • Convey, coordinate, supervise, pursue and follow up on the instructions by the Manager to the respective management staff.
  • Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Manager.

Job Requirement

  •     Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
  •     Preferably Male below 35 years old.
  •     Good command of English (spoken & written) is required.
  •     Good command of spoken Mandarin is a must. Ability to read Mandarin is an added advantage.
