Best wishes and warm greetings!
It takes me a great pleasure to introduce Mantissa College to you. Established in 1999, we have came across a long way in these 12 years of our existence. Started out as an IT institute, we had grown over the last decade and are dramatically expanding. In just a short period of 4 years after our inception, the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education had awarded us the ‘Special Award Winning College’ title in 2003.
Nurturing young minds and bringing out the best in them is what we strive to achieve. Not only doing impart knowledge, we also do our very best to make our students employable in this ever changing globalised world. It is our vision and our mission not just to educate the students but also to dedicate our efforts to mould each student of ours to become a talented and useful employee of the future.
Mantissa offers various courses that range from pre-university to post-graduate and professional qualifications to meet the needs of our students. We are proud to be able to offer the first and the only French Business degree up to Master’s level with MQA (Malaysian Qualifications Agency) accreditation by following the ECOLE Standard. We constantly monitor and improve our courses so that they obtain high standard and quality. Our aim is not to compromise the quality. Credits which have been earned in our programmes are articulated to European, Asian, Australian and American partner universities, which are established and well known. With a high commitment and help from our faculty members, we have successfully achieved full accreditation status from MQA for our core programmes including the PGSM MBA.
In May 2010, we launched the Mantissa Online Reference (MORE) portal to further assist students in learning effectively. As and when required, we strive to provide a comfortable ambience and better facilities for all our students. Our Student Council periodically organises beneficial activities such as Toastmasters Club meetings and various, outdoor games, to keep our students entertained, enthusiastic and energised.
We had a very successful 11th anniversary and graduation event on 11th December, 2010. It is with great pride that we now enter our 12th year and look forward to celebrating out 12th anniversary and graduation ceremony on 12th November, 2011.
We do not want to rest on our 2003 laureate; we keep striving to be better in all ways in order to truly live up to our motto – to be progressive, motivated and innovative! With the continual introduction of new programmes, we hope to fulfil the realisation of our students' aspirations and to meet the needs of our ever-evolving society.
