Course Objectives The IEMBA is structured to facilitate participating executives and managers to learn and contribute towards learning through their shared experiences. The MBA courses, seminars and workshops provide all participants with opportunities to test their analytical, decision making and problem solving skills. Learner's Outcome Upon successful completion of the PGSM IEMBA, students will be able to: 1) Collect relevant information across a range of areas pertaining to a current situation, analyse that information and synthesise it into an appropriate form in order to evaluate situations and alternative courses of action that may be contemplated. 2) Learn the concepts, process in the production and marketing of goods and / or services; the management of resources and operations. 3) Learn the development of appropriate business policies and strategies within a changing context to meet stakeholders' interest. 4) Understand and appreciate the principles and concepts of management and organisations and to apply these concepts to understand business practices. 5) Understand the impact of contextual forces of organisations including legal systems, ethical, economic, environmental, social and technological change issue, international developments, corporate governance and intercultural diversity.
Course Duration: 18 months long. Assessments: For Core Subjects : 2 assignments plus one open book case study examination.
