Mantissa Institute has three different computer laboratories. That is:

• Computer Lab 1 - General Lab
• Computer Lab 2 - Programming Lab
• Multimedia Lab

Internet Centre - General and personal use

Mantissa Resource Centre is established to support the lecturer's teaching and research. Also to provide a conducive environment for studying and delivering up-to-date information resources to the students.

This medium-sized multipurpose auditorium is use to hold events for students, guests and staff. Convocation, special award and prize giving ceremonies, student orientation, talks & seminars and many more events are carried out here. Besides, it is also used as a mini-theatre for the student to watch a movie together.

Lecture rooms are in different sizes and seating capacity. It is designed to enable students to easily conduct discussions with the lecturer.

Student Lounge is a place where students can hang out and relax during their free time. Students can hold their extra-curricular activities such as table tennis, carom, chess, etc here during weekdays.
