Mantissa has a very strong philanthropic tradition, as the institution has been contributing to the society through various social activities by engaging with the local community through a holistic approach to social responsibility. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), has traditionally been implemented over the past decade such as donation for Children/Welfare Home during 2009 and Donation for Tsunami Victims in 2010 and scholarship for needy students, is a clear and genuine effort to make CSR as one of our core values. We make every effort to create a working environment that encourages our employees to be innovative, environmental friendly and engage in community service. As we enter a new Age of Responsibility, we have even lined up various CSR plans to be implemented for 2012 and beyond to embark on the new frontier in order to ‘give back to the society’ and become a more socially responsible and greener company.
