The University of Bolton (UOB), began writing themselves into the history book nearly three decades ago, and successfully has been awarded the status of University in the year of 2004. Course Overview: A business management degree is regarded as a prerequisite entry requirement for many careers in business and is essential in order to gain access to higher levels of responsibility. The BA (Hons) in Business Management degree is a broad-based degree that will give you the skills and knowledge to help you begin your career in the business world or enhance your professional development if you are already working in this sector. The course will provide you with a strong foundation in a range of subjects which form the business management discipline. These include core modules covering generic management skills as well as specific areas such as human resources, finance and marketing. In addition, you will have the opportunity to select a specialised study route in which you can focus on a particular aspect of business management or, of course, you may choose modules spanning the range of business management disciplines.

SPM Students- 5 credits or higher in any subjects (credits in any subjects, with condition having Bahasa Malaysia Pass)

1. How many intakes are there? When can I apply?

-There are two intakes per year (Feb and August).

-You can apply at any time before the commencement date of the programme. Applications will be accepted until the commencement date of the programme.

-Late applications will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis before the commencement date.

2. What are the entry requirements?

 6.5 for entry to MBA

 International Students are required to sit for placement test.

3. Is Bolton's MBA recognised in Malaysia?

-Yes. The MBA programme is an international recognised Public University in UK, and it is on pending approval from Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).

4. Where can I continue my degree after completing my Bolton' MBA?

-Students can continue with our Bolton's PhD in Business at Mantissa College.

-Students can also apply to any other university (subject to meeting the respective universities' entry requirement).

5. What are the structures for this MBA?

-1 1/2 years programmes (2 Semester per year)

-Total of 7 papers + 1 Thesis.

-Offer for full timer (weekday + weekends) and part-timer (weekends).

6. If I am in another Bachelor Degree course which is non- business based, can I able to apply for Bolton's MBA?

- Yes, Students are requested to send their copy of certificates and their C.V; our programme leader will screen the students' qualification and offer them exemptions or bridging subjects in accordingly.

-This will be case by case issues and final decisions will be on the hands of Mantissa college's principal.

7. What is the schedule for MBA like? How many days in a week do I have classes?

The MBA' follows university style schedules. There is generally about 5 hours per day, 4-5 days a week inclusive weekends.
