Twintech Accounting [Hons] (Twintech University)

This programme aims at producing a class of professional equipped with the ideal opportunity for students who have interests in understanding the fundamental elements of how a business operates. Students of Bachelor in Accounting programme at Mantissa College will be trained to be an all-rounder in having equipped with holistic and comprehensive perspective of the business conducts and will be desired in business enterprises as a valued member of a business.

Learner's Outcome:  Learning aspirations in career startup with direct application of concept learnt in working environment, including public accounting, private accounting or governmental accounting. Opportunities to have a practical training in different areas of the accounting profession, i.e. accounting, auditor, tax consultant, accountings manager, financial controller, accounts executive, government officer, financial analysis, and so forth. Entry gate to obtain a professional qualification to ACCA, CIMA, MACPA, ICSA and many more. 

Course Duration:

i) SPM (O-Level or equivalent) 1 year Advance Diploma in Accounting + 3 years of Degree

ii) STPM / UEC (A-Level or equivalent) 4 years of Degree in Accounting

Year 3- Management Accounting 2, Accounting Information System, Advanced Financial Accounting, Professional Ethics, Strategic Management, Public Speaking in English, Advanced Management Accounting, Public Sector Accounting, Principles of Financial Management, Taxation 1, Auditing 1.

Year 4- Accounting Theory and Practice, Research Methodology, Principles of Corporate Finance, Auditing 2, Taxation 2, Industrial Training, Business Communication & Public Speaking, Thesis.

Tier 1 -- Direct Entry into Advance Diploma in Accounting (Year 1 of Accounting)
