How to Enroll?
For International Students

All international students are advised to submit their applications at least Three (3) months prior to the commencement date of the intake to avoid any unnecessary delays in the admission process.

Admission Steps for International Students

  • Step 1-Choose the Course +

    Choosing a course is a vital process, so make sure you choose a course you're passionate about and will really enjoy!

  • Step 2-Apply via Online +

    Once you have decided on which programme to choose, you are required to submit your application online before the deadline of the course

  • Step 3-Academic Screening Process +

    Once submitted the application online, this process may take up to 3 working days. If you are offered a place, you will be notified by the College supported with documents below;

    i) Conditional Offer Letter

    ii) Billing and Subject Lists (containing information on the total fees & subjects to be taken)

    NOTE: Validity of the conditional offer is only within 14 days and should candidate choose not to enrol for the programme, the conditional offer is automatically void

  • Step 4-Remitting Application Fees +

    Once you have receieved the document(s) and you would like to take up the offer, you are required to remit the application fees of RM 500 (Non-Refundable) to the following details;

  • Step 5-Conduct the Pre-Medical Check-up & Completion of Complete Documents +

    International Students are required to do a Pre-Arrival Medical Check-up at your hospital in the home country by conducting all the medical test required in this form.

    Meanwhile, nationalities of India / Sri Langka / Bangladesh / China / Indonesia / Iran / Kazakhstan / Libya / Nigeria / Pakistan / Yemen are required to conduct the Pre-Arrival Medical Check-Up at the appointed centre.

    Once the Pre-Medical test has been conducted, you are required to submit the following documents to complete your student visa application.

    Passport Picture with WHITE background only AND

    Scanned passport pages (All pages in coloured version only) AND

    Completed Pre-Medical Check-up form AND

    Letter of Eligibility (Student from African countries & selected countries in Middle East) issued by your Ministry of Education in the home country

    NOTE:

    a) The Immigration Malaysia will only start processing your application should all documents mentioned in Step 3 are completed.

    b) KIND TAKE NOTE THE WHOLE PROCESS FOR THE IMMIGRATION MALAYSIA (IMI) TO ISSUE THE VISA APPROVAL LETTER (VAL) MAY TAKE A DURATION OF 2-3 MONTHS FROM THE DATE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED ABOVE (IN STEP 3), DURING THE PROCESS, WE WILL GIVE THE APPLICANT THE TRACKING NUMBER WHICH CAN BE TRACED FROM THE AUTHORITY WEBSITE.

  • Step 6-Processing of Visa Approval Letter (VAL) +

    Once the documents required are completed, kindly provide us 6-8 weeks to process the VAL.

    Upon obtaining the Student Visa Approval Letter (VAL) from the Immigration Office, the college will then send the Original Visa Approval Letter (VAL) to you in your country.

    Kindly provide us your Official Mailing Address to ensure the VAL is successfully sent over to your mailing address.

    Once you have received the Original Visa Approval Letter (VAL) kindly bring the VAL together with your passport to the nearest Malaysian Embassy/Consulate as you are required to obtain a single entry permit before entering Malaysia.

  • Step 7-Filling up the Air Port Pick up form & Purchase of Air Ticket +

    After the stamp, student can proceed to purchase the air ticket to Malaysia, meanwhile;

    You are required to fill up the Airport Pick-Up Form a minimum of seven (7) days before departure.

    Should you not have this form, kindly request a copy from your programme consultant.

    After the ticket purchased, you must remit the 50% of the first year tuition fees as quoted in the Billing Structure provided to the college account.

    NOTE: Please note you are required to report in to Malaysia within three (3) months from the date of approval as stated in the Visa Approval Letter (VAL).
