Course Information

i. A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in Business fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 as accepted by the HEP Senate; OR
ii. A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in Business fields with a CGPA below 2.75, or Non-Business fields can be accepted, subject to years of relevant working experience with Internal Assessment is Needed
iii. Other qualifications equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) recognised by the Malaysian Government.

  1. OB 600-Organisational Behaviour: This subject is designed to help students understand human behaviour within organizations and how it affects performance and productivity. Students will learn about motivation, communication, leadership, and other important topics.

  2. OPS 610-Organisational Development and Change: This subject focuses on organizational change and development, including strategies for managing change, implementing new programs, and improving organizational effectiveness.

  3. MIS 600-Management Information Systems: This subject covers the design, implementation, and management of information systems within organizations. Students will learn about database management, system development, and other related topics.

  4. OPS 600-Operations Management: This subject provides an overview of operations management and how it can be used to improve efficiency and effectiveness in organizations. Students will learn about supply chain management, inventory control, and other related topics.

  5. MKT 600-Marketing: This subject focuses on marketing strategies and tactics used by organizations to create and maintain relationships with customers. Students will learn about market research, branding, and other important marketing concepts.

  6. MGT 620-International Business Management: This subject explores the challenges and opportunities of conducting business in an international context. Students will learn about global trade, cultural differences, and other important topics.

  7. FIN 600-Corporate Financial Management: This subject covers the principles and practices of corporate financial management, including financial statement analysis, budgeting, and capital budgeting.

  8. MGT 610-Strategic Management: This subject provides an overview of strategic management and how it can be used to create competitive advantage and long-term success. Students will learn about industry analysis, strategic planning, and other important topics.
