🗎 Step 1 of 4: Prepare Documents

Here’s a list of things you need to do:

Ensure that you meet the academic and English language requirements for the programme. By the application closing date, you must have attained the minimum qualification required for the programme.
Scan copies of your relevant educational certificates and transcripts (in PDF format except Picture (passport size-JEPG)

E.g., SPM / STPM / UEC Result
SSC / HSC / WAEC certificate and results
IGCSE ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level certificates and results
Diplomas, degree certificate, results and other relevant academic documents etc.
Translated and notarised copies are required if these documents are not in English.
Proof of English language proficiency where applicable (e.g. Cambridge English, IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, MUET etc.) accordingly to the English language requirements for the programme.

3. Scan a copy of your Identification document.

Malaysian applicants: Front and back of your NRIC or Digital NRIC (reflecting full details)

ii. International applicants: ensure the passport validity date is 12 months or more, Scan clear coloured version of the biodata page

4. Prepare a passport-sized digital photograph that meets these requirements: ·

Taken in the last 3 months

Ii. White background

Iii. Minimum DPI of 300px and above

5. Other additional documents that you deemed important

🗎 Step 2 of 4: Upload Documents Online

Log on to the Online Application Link Apply Now And Upload all required documents
Then, you are required to select the mode of verification (Face to Face Visit Mantissa College / Zoom Online)

🗎 Step 3 of 4: Verification (Compulsory)

All supporting documents submitted in your application such as identification document, all academic documents must be verified by Mantissa

Applicants can choose one of the following channels for document verification:

Physical
- Bring your original documents for verification at Mantissa College
Virtual
- Attend the virtual Zoom verification session on the selected date / time.

🗎 Step 4 of 4: Outcome

Complete application will receive an outcome within few hours after the verification session is concluded, then the applicant shall proceed to make payment before programme commencement.
